Delete your account

How to ask

1. Write to privacy@esinya.com from the email address you use for Amber Loop, with the subject “Delete my Amber Loop account”.
2. Say whether you want to delete the whole workspace (if you own it) or only your own account (if you belong to someone else’s workspace).
3. We confirm within 5 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days. If the request does not come from the account’s address, we ask you to confirm it from there first.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account and profile.
• Every workspace you own and everything in it: brands and Brand Brain, posts and their versions, videos, transcripts, clips, images, generated videos, the calendar, comments, approvals and what Amber Loop learned from your decisions.
• Your feedback and, if you were on it, the waiting list.

If you belong to someone else’s workspace, we delete your account and personal details. The work you created there belongs to that workspace and stays unless its owner deletes it.

What is kept, and for how long

• Usage, credit and audit records, without your content: up to 12 months, to keep the service secure and answer questions.
• Records the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires.
• Backup copies, where they exist, expire on their normal cycle and are only used to recover from an incident.

Deleting only some data

You do not have to delete your account to remove a video. In the app, open the video in Clips and choose Delete video…: the video, its transcript and its clips are deleted for good. You can also write to us to delete other specific data while keeping your account.
